Terrakota Brow Academy is located in Phoenix, AZ and is happy to offer its expertise in waxing, Shaping, Brow Laminations, Henna Tinting and permanent Procedures. Our tried and true method is based on over 10 years of experience gained through the best practices utilizing the “Terrakota Method”. A method formulated by Brenda Pedraza. Her theory is contrived through working and training with the top leaders in the industry. Terrakota Brow Academy takes pride in each of the training courses offered and the success of each attendee. You will leave our Courses confident.

Overview
Customized training sessions are planned and designed with precision.
Our mission is to enhance the abilities of each student in attendance. Which is accomplished through group or one-on-one training. Terrakota training programs will range from 1 or 2 days of total sessions. You will receive a certification of attendance, once you have completed a number of models, you will receive a certification of completion.

We will focus on hand movements, placement, pressure, technique, sanitation, color theory, aftercare, etc.
You will be trained on the “Terrakota Method” for natural and fluffy styles.

A la Carte Courses
Waxing Sessions
You will learn:
​
Proper trimming, tweezing, and waxing technique. Brow Mapping for precision shaping. Terrakota wax application. Sculpting brows based on face shape. Photo taking techniques and more.
What is included in the session?
​
Terrakota Brows sets aside 1 hr per model for training. Our training includes 3 models that will be provided for you
(They get the service free for modeling).
​
Terrakota Brows demonstrates the brow service from start to finish on one side and will guide the other side. This process is repeated on the 2nd model. The 3rd or final model’s service is performed by you. The training concludes with a complimentary waxing.
Our Brow Waxing sessions are for licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, cosmetology students, or esthetician students.
You are required to have an Arizona state-licensed to wax, if you are a licensed esthetician/cosmetologist and are interested in expanding or perfecting your Brow Waxing skills Terrakota Brows Academy is your place.

Shadowing Sessions
Terrakota Brow Academy also offers shadowing for certified artists. Come and watch Brenda work for a day, and learn as she works on clients! Each shadow date is fully customized based off of what you specifically want to see. These dates are always one on one to give you the best learning opportunity!
Terrakota Shadowing session includes a full day of watching Brenda execute different techniques start to finish, learn her tips and tricks, everything will be based on what you want to learn. A gift bag full of our favorite brow goodies will be given, links to all products she uses and where to buy, aftercare instructions and more!
